Under Chile's Law 21.389, the AFP receives court requests by email every day that must be analyzed, answered on time and filed in the Oficina Judicial Virtual (the Judiciary's online portal). A manual, repetitive process with a real risk of non-compliance.

A processor that reads each incoming email and its attachments, identifies the case, analyzes it against the member's records, generates the appropriate response and uploads it to the Oficina Judicial Virtual.
